YOUR ROLE IS IMPORTANT
As a dishwasher, you play a vital role in keeping our kitchens running smoothly. By cleaning dishes, equipment, and work areas, you directly contribute to the team’s efficiency and help ensure we meet the highest standards of cleanliness. Thanks to your attention to detail and organizational skills, you help provide a pleasant, high-quality experience for each of our guests.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSABILITIES
Under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the dishwasher is responsible for:

- Washing and putting away dishes,



utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment;
- Operating and maintaining the dishwasher according to established procedures;
- Keep work areas clean, including floors and waste management;
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in the appropriate locations;
- Use cleaning products safely and in accordance with instructions;
- Perform any other tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchens.
