Yokai Tapas & Bar is a lively tapas and sake bar in Richmond looking for friendly and energetic servers to join our team. If you enjoy working in a quick-paced restaurant, meeting new people, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to meet you.

Pay: $17.85/hour + tips

Servers typically earn $25-$30/hour including tips depending on the shift.

What you’ll do:

- Provide warm and attentive service to guests

- Take food and drink orders and deliver items efficiently

- Explain menu items and make recommendations

- Help maintain a clean and organized dining area

- Work together with the team during busy service

What we’re looking for:

- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred

- Positive attitude and strong communication skills





- Reliable and able to work lunch evening and weekend shifts

- Ability to carry trays and assist with restocking when needed

- Serving It Right required
