We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Tutor to support students in their academic development across various subjects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in multiple languages, including Mandarin, English, French, Spanish, and Japanese, and have a passion for teaching children. Duties

- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in various subjects, emphasizing language learning and literacy skills
- Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student’s needs and learning style
- Assist students with homework, writing assignments, and exam preparation
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment to motivate students
- Track and report on student progress regularly to parents or guardians
- Incorporate classroom experience and teaching best practices into tutoring sessions
- Utilize strong writing skills to help students improve their written communication skills




- Support children with diverse learning needs, ensuring an inclusive approach

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Mandarin, French, Spanish, Japanese, or English; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Experience working with children in educational or classroom settings
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students of various ages
- Strong writing skills for assisting with assignments and literacy development
- Passion for education and helping students succeed
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to individual learning styles
