CIMA Enoteca in Burlington is looking for an energetic, friendly host/hostess.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a smile and in friendly manner
- Manage the reservation system
- Call and confirm reservations
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor wait times
- Answer incoming calls and address customers questions
- Escort guests to their correct seating
- Assist wait staff when needed
Qualification
- Outstanding communication skills (by phone and in person)
- Previous experience as a host or waiter is a huge asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good physical condition (walking and standing for shift)
- Able to work weekends and nights
