Rocksaw Paving Ltd. is looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our asphalt paving crew for the upcoming season which typically runs from mid-April/May until November.
We hiring to join our asphalt paving crew for the upcoming season. We are looking for reliable and hard-working individuals who take pride in quality work and teamwork.
Paving Crew Responsibilities:
- Assist with asphalt paving and site preparation
- Raking, shoveling, sweeping, and plate compaction
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment and tools
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow company safety procedures and participate in safety meetings
- Work collaboratively with the crew to complete projects efficiently
- Operate small equipment such as skid steers and rollers.
- Hauling, loading/unloading of equipment on trailers
Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, rollers, or other construction equipment is considered a strong asset.

- Valid class 5 driver’s license and 2 years of driving experience with no majors
Experience in paving or construction is helpful but not required for the right candidate.
Job Types: Full time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
