Duties

- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards
- Assist with food handling tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff in food prep and service areas
- Organize and store clean items efficiently to facilitate smooth kitchen operations
- Support the team during busy service times by quickly replenishing supplies and managing dish flow
- Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling to uphold environmental standards
- Collaborate with staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service





Requirements

- Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, food handling, and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy loads
- Knowledge of kitchen safety practices and basic food hygiene principles
- Enthusiastic team player with excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude towards hospitality
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and kitchen operations

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 30.0 per week
