Duties

- Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and customer interactions
- Support team management by mentoring staff, conducting interviews, and scheduling shifts to optimize productivity
- Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper hygiene practices
- Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control during busy service hours
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience




- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed

Requirements

- Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality roles with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS and cash handling procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Experience in food safety protocols and proper food handling practices
- Background in customer service with a focus on creating welcoming environments
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings such as hotel or barista roles is advantageous
