Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures made of wood, concrete, drywall, and other materials. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every project. Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans.
- Construct and install frameworks, walls, partitions, and other structures using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration tasks to ensure durable and high-quality results.
- Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishes with precision and attention to detail.
- Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks such as lifting heavy materials or moving large structural components.
- Use welding techniques where necessary to join metal components or reinforce structures.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols at all times.





Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a solid understanding of building techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, woodworking equipment, and heavy machinery operation.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, drywall installation, siding application, and restoration work.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working at heights.
- Basic welding skills are preferred; additional certifications in heavy equipment operation are a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
