First Class Health Centre is a multi-disciplinary physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic located in Markham. Our experienced therapists have proudly served residents across Markham, North York, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Toronto, and Scarborough. We are dedicated to providing evidence-based, highly effective physiotherapy, massage therapy, and acupuncture services.

Responsibilities

- Greet patients and visitors positively, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and relay messages promptly
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Bill and verify patient insurance information
- Coordinate appointment scheduling efficiently, ensuring minimal wait times and optimal clinic flow
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies to keep the front desk organized

Qualifications

- Available to work on weekends




- Previous experience working as a clinic receptionist or in a medical office setting is highly preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to rehabilitation clinics is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and visitors
- Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
