The Barbershop Network at Lougheed Town Centre in Burnaby is looking for a skilled, motivated barber to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, professional, team-oriented, and looking to join a great team and grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Perform fades, tapers, classic cuts, beard trims, and shaves
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for every client
- Build strong, loyal relationships with clients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Stay current with modern barbering trends and techniques
- Work well with the team and contribute to a positive shop environment
Experience & Skills
- 1-2+ years of barbering experience preferred
- Strong skills in modern fades and classic styles
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, hardworking, and skilled
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Passionate about barbering and providing quality service
- Looking for someone who wants to be part of our team and grow with us
Compensation
- Commission-based
- 100% of tips kept by the barber
