About Us

Our Value Insulation is a Windsor-based insulation contractor serving the Windsor–Chatham–London corridor. We insulate new homes for builders, upgrade older homes for homeowners, and handle commercial spray foam and air barrier work. We're a growing team that runs on organization, not chaos — and this role is a big part of keeping it that way.

The Role

You'll be the person who makes sure every crew has what they need, where they need it, when they need it. Mornings start at the shop loading trucks. From there you're running material to job sites and picking up from suppliers, and jumping in to help crews on site.

This is a hands-on job for someone who likes to stay busy, drive, and be useful. It's also the best seat in the house for learning the insulation trade.

What You'll Do

- Load trucks and trailers the day before jobs, based on the daily schedule
- Deliver materials, supplies and equipment to job sites
- Pick up material from suppliers and drop it at sites or back at the shop
- Return unused material to the shop and log it into inventory
- Keep the shop clean, organized and stocked; help with inventory counts
- Load and unload heavy material into attics, basements and crawlspaces
- Keep equipment (blowing machines, hoses, generators, ladders, scaffolding, cords) clean, working and ready to go
- Fuel,



wash and check over company vehicles; report any defects right away
- Help crews on site with install, cleanup, debris removal and disposal runs
- Take on whatever else needs doing on a given day

What We're Looking For (Required)

- Valid Ontario G licence and a clean driver's abstract
- Reliable and on time — this is the whole job
- Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work in attics, crawlspaces, heat and cold
- Comfortable using a phone app to log material and check schedules
- Steel-toe boots and a good attitude
- Legally entitled to work in Canada

Nice to Have (Not Required)

- Experience in construction, warehousing, or delivery
- Working at Heights and WHMIS 2015 certification
- Forklift licence
- Trailer towing experience
- Class D or DZ licence

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM start. Occasional Saturdays during peak season.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
