FARM EQUIPMENT OPERATORS – 2–3 POSITIONS

We are looking for 2–3 experienced Farm Equipment Operators for long-term, year-round positions. Hiring ASAP and for the 2027 season.We are a growing custom farming operation, and crop farm working throughout the Fraser Valley, with a mix of custom field work, forage and crop production. We run a wide variety of modern farm equipment and are looking for people who enjoy operating equipment, take pride in their work and want to grow with the operation.

Work includes:

- Tractor and equipment operation
- Tillage, seeding and planting
- Fertilizer application and spraying
- Forage and crop field work
- Irrigation
- Truck and trailer operation
- GPS and precision ag
- Equipment setup, maintenance and repairs
- Custom work and customer communication

Farm and equipment experience is required.



Applicants must have a valid driver's licence, be mechanically inclined, dependable, and able to work long or irregular hours during busy seasons.We're looking for long-term people, not just seasonal operators. For the right person, there is prospect to take on more responsibility and grow into a lead operator, supervisor or management role.Competitive base pay + bonus opportunities + time off.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 80.0 per week
