What you will do:

- Serve as Functional Lead for key NetSuite modules on implementation projects, providing direction across requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
- Facilitate client workshops and conference room pilots to understand business requirements and gather, review, validate, and document functional requirements.
- Lead the implementation and deployment of NetSuite solutions that accommodate industry-specific requirements, business and management processes, regulatory considerations, and other client requirements.
- Complete and oversee business analysis, functional design, and system configuration deliverables across NetSuite implementation engagements.
- Analyze gaps between functional requirements and NetSuite capabilities, and recommend appropriate technology solutions, configurations, process changes, or practical workarounds.
- Manage assigned scope, milestones, priorities, issues, and deliverable quality across the full NetSuite implementation lifecycle, including Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Support phases.
- Participate in and lead multiple client service delivery teams, ensuring NetSuite deliverables are executed in accordance with KPMG service delivery standards and engagement expectations.
- Help identify and develop business relationships and new opportunities with existing clients and future prospects, contributing to account growth and practice development.

What you bring to this role:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Finance or Accounting professional designation is a strong asset.
- 7+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience, including significant experience delivering ERP-enabled business transformation initiatives.
- 4+ years of experience leading teams and delivering large-scale, complex business transformation projects and programs within NetSuite ERP.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role,



with strong relationship-building and influencing skills at the senior management level and a demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction and delivery excellence.
- Full lifecycle NetSuite implementation experience spanning Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Support phases.
- Strong functional knowledge of NetSuite ERP and the ability to lead requirements definition, process design, configuration, testing, deployment, and issue resolution across key modules.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, conference room pilots, design sessions, and stakeholder discussions, and to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and solution decisions.
- Experience assessing gaps between business requirements and standard NetSuite functionality and recommending scalable configurations, process changes, extensions, or workarounds.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, review deliverables, and maintain delivery quality across multiple concurrent client engagements.
- Commercial awareness and experience supporting proposals, presentations, opportunity development, and broader client relationship growth.
- NetSuite certifications such as NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or SuiteCloud Developer are desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior client stakeholders, project teams, and technical and functional specialists.

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $103,000 to $135,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $101,000 to $130,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location,



skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
