Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Responsibilities

- Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and restorations with precision and care
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough patient assessments and medical/dental histories
- Utilize dental software such as Epic and Dentrix to document patient information accurately and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with patients about their oral health, treatment options, and preventive care strategies
- Collaborate with dental team members to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional patient experiences
- Stay current with industry best practices by engaging in ongoing education and training,



especially in pediatric dentistry and CAD/CAM technology
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols, OSHA regulations, and medical terminology standards

Qualifications

- Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist
- Experience working in a dental office environment with proficiency in dental software such as Dentrix or Epic
- Solid knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry and patient care procedures
- Prior experience providing pediatric dental services is highly desirable
- Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for restorative procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team
