The Face La b is seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team.

We are a medical aesthetics clinic focused on intentional, science-backed and personalized care. Our approach combines advanced skin treatments, energy-based technology and evidence-informed skincare to help patients achieve healthy, confident skin while maintaining natural results.

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, warm and clinically minded, with a strong understanding of skin health and a genuine interest in creating individualized treatment plans. You should be comfortable working with a diverse patient population and treating a wide range of skin tones and concerns.

Responsibilities

- Perform medical aesthetic treatments including advanced facials, laser and energy-based treatments, microneedling, body treatments and other skin-focused procedures within your training and scope
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment and skincare recommendations
- Educate patients on skin health, treatment options, realistic outcomes, home care and maintenance
- Provide protected, thoughtful care across diverse skin tones and skin concerns, with particular attention to appropriate treatment selection and risk reduction
- Maintain high standards for treatment documentation, before-and-after photography, sanitation, infection prevention and patient safety
- Build long-term patient relationships through excellent communication, follow-up and continuity of care
- Recommend professional skincare and complementary treatments when clinically appropriate, with an education-first rather than sales-first approach
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners,



nurses and other team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans and optimize patient outcomes
- Stay current with evolving aesthetic technologies, skincare science, treatment protocols and best practices
- Participate in ongoing education, team training, clinic events and professional development
- Support the overall patient experience and clinic operations when needed

Experience & Qualifications

- Graduate of a recognized Medical Aesthetics or Advanced Aesthetics program
- Previous hands-on experience in a medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery or advanced skincare environment preferred
- Experience with laser and energy-based devices is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of skin anatomy, common skin concerns, Fitzpatrick skin types, contraindications and treatment safety
- Confidence working with diverse skin tones and patients from a wide range of backgrounds
- Strong consultation, communication and patient education skills
- Experience recommending professional skincare and developing home-care regimens
- Excellent attention to detail, professionalism and clinical documentation
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Motivated to continually learn and develop advanced aesthetic skills

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
