Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and experienced Heavy Duty Warehouse Workers to join our team. This role involves operating heavy equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to perform heavy lifting safely. Responsibilities

- Load and unload goods using heavy equipment such as forklifts, crane, clamp truck, and other machinery
- Pick and pack orders accurately using order picker and warehouse management systems
- Operate heavy equipment safely for construction, shipping, and receiving tasks
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper inventory management
- Assist with the movement of materials throughout the warehouse
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure operational safety
- Follow safety protocols during all warehouse activities to prevent accidents or injuries
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals

Skills





- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related fields
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance
- Proficiency with order picker, forklift, crane, clamp truck, and other warehouse machinery
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Experience with order picking and load & unload procedures
- Background in construction or related industries is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
