Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of passengers, while providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, and the ability to handle various driving situations with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate a bus on designated routes while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Ensure the safety of passengers by performing pre-trip inspections and maintaining the vehicle in good working condition.
- Assist passengers boarding and alighting from the bus, providing support as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized bus interior.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information about routes, schedules, and any changes.
- Document daily activities, including mileages, and any incidents that occur during transit.
- Collaborate with dispatchers to report any delays or issues encountered during routes.

Skills

- Proficient in English;




- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Experience working with children highly desirable.
- Commercial driving experience with a valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type is required.
- Training Program for a commercial B License is available.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is beneficial.
- Ability to write clear reports regarding daily activities and incidents.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with passengers from diverse backgrounds.

Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour
