Duties

- Safely operate tow trucks and related equipment to recover, transport, and deliver vehicles of all types and sizes.
- Respond quickly to roadside assistance calls, providing excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct routine inspections of tow trucks to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with vehicles or equipment when necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, including details of vehicle conditions and locations.
- Assist with vehicle assessments,



minor automotive repairs, or forklift operations as needed to support operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and emergency responders to coordinate services smoothly.

Experience

- Prior experience in commercial driving or towing is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates.
- Mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair or maintenance is highly advantageous.
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and positive communication skills.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent certification required; a clean driving record is essential.
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided for qualified applicants.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
