Outside Sales Representative / Delivery Driver

Babylon Distribution LTD is a wholesale distributor of smoking accessories and related retail products. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated person to help grow our customer base and serve existing retail customers.

This is a hands-on role combining outside sales, customer service, and product delivery. You should enjoy meeting people, feel comfortable walking into businesses to introduce our products, and enjoy driving throughout Nova Scotia, with possible travel to Recent Brunswick.

What you will do

- Visit existing retail customers, maintain strong relationships, and help them with repeat orders.
- Approach potential customers, introduce Babylon’s products, and develop new accounts.
- Understand each customer’s needs and recommend suitable products.
- Share product catalogues, new arrivals, pricing, and promotions.
- Follow up on customer visits, quotes, and sales opportunities.
- Work toward agreed-upon sales targets.
- Prepare, load, unload, and deliver orders safely and accurately.
- Check orders against invoices and maintain accurate sales and delivery records.
- Plan daily customer visits and delivery routes efficiently.
- Handle customer questions professionally and communicate issues or feedback to management.
- Keep company products and equipment organized and secure.

What we are looking for

- Some experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a related role.
- A valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record.




- A friendly, professional manner and confidence starting conversations with new customers.
- A proactive approach, you notice sales opportunities and follow through.
- Reliability, honesty, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to organize your day and work independently.
- Willingness to drive regularly throughout Nova Scotia and occasionally to New Brunswick.
- Ability to perform the loading and unloading duties involved in deliveries, with reasonable accommodation where needed.
- Comfort presenting and selling smoking accessories professionally.

Experience that would be an asset

- Outside sales, wholesale distribution, route sales, or delivery experience.
- Experience working with convenience stores, smoke shops, or other retail businesses.
- Familiarity with smoking accessories and related products.
