We are looking to grow our team by adding an experienced Project Manager with exceptional organizational and client relationship management skills. Our fun and friendly team is small (by choice), yet diverse, with each person bringing their unique perspective and experience.

This fully remote role is offered as a part time contract with a minimum of 40 hours per month. It is ideal for freelancers who have availability of 40-60 hours per month and can regularly attend meetings during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST). The rate range is $40-50 per hour, depending upon experience. This role is open to candidates permanently located in Canada only.

About the role

- Scope, plan, and create budgets for product design projects
- Set up projects and task assignments in Notion, proactively maintain project files and resources
- Lead kickoff meetings and weekly status calls, maintain frequent check-ins with clients and team members using Slack and Notion




- Assign tasks to team members and manage work assignments from start to finish to maintain alignment with due dates and fully utilize project budgets
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication, management of client expectations, and effective handling of change requests
- Collect design feedback from clients and perform quality checks on finished design work
- Work independently to effectively manage your own time and project schedules, provide weekly status updates to the leadership team
- Collaborate with Project and Operations teams to improve project management processes
- Promote an innovative and curious work culture, keeping up with the latest trends and tools for efficiency and organization in a work from home environment

About you

- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing project management role
- 1+ years of experience managing software design and development projects
- 1+ years of experience working in an agency environment (product development, UI/UX, marketing)
- PMP designation or other related certification or professional development in Project Management
- Educational background in project management, business administration, operations, information technology, or a related field




- High level of proficiency in digital workplace and project management tools such as Notion, Slack, Google Workspace and Zoom
- Have your own remote working equipment and a suitable workspace with high-speed internet (software licenses will be provided)
