As a BARTENDER at Convivium, you’re not just pouring drinks — you're crafting experiences. From classic cocktails to inventive creations, your mixology knowledge and service skills set the tone for an unforgettable guest journey.

- Deliver warm, polished, and professional bar service
- Craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency and creativity
- Engage with guests, share drink recommendations, and elevate their experience
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar at all times
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure smooth and efficient service flow

WHAT YOU BRING:





- 5+ years of bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale bar setting
- Solid mixology skills and strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail trends
- Professionalism, confidence, and great communication
- A passion for hospitality and guest connection
- A sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- Versatile availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
