The right candidate will start as a CSR-MIT and be trained on site to be a Manager within the guidelines as set forth by the Brand

You must be a quick learner with common-sense, logic and reasoning skills

The candidates must have valid BC license and safe running vehicle as closing shifts and travel to/from Port Coquitlam will be required.

Food Secure Level 1 is also required within 4 weeks of starting

Hours of operation: Sunday thru Thursday 10am-1am, Friday & Saturday 10am-3am

The managers in training must be available to close on the weekends and statutory holidays which may include being on-shift until approximately 4am for clean up and closing paperwork. We also arrive on-site a minimum 30 minutes prior to the store opening for regular business to set up the store for success

Responsibilities for General Managers include and are not limited to the following ;

Scheduling-weekly, Labour Scheduler must be used to create

Cooking-Daily

Cleaning-Daily, weekly, quarterly, as needed; high standards must apply

Attending Classes-when scheduled

Ensuring all hires are trained and evaluated in appropriate time and quality

Quality Control-daily

Food Ordering-twice weekly, projecting sales required

Inventory-accurate and daily

Creating and maintaining a positive work environment

School Orders-retaining all current and recruiting new schools/programs





Cash Handling-accurate and daily

PNL Review-per period with Supervisor

Cost Control- constant-part of scheduling, inventory, food ordering and maintenance

General Maintenance of all equipment and location

Leadership-daily

Opening and Closing the store as well as attending Manager Meetings

Faxes-reading, responding, following; ensuring team does same

Notices-General

OER-must maintain 4* or better to be eligible, this includes but is not limited to ensuring store is always clean and well-functioning, service time guidelines being adhered to

PSI of the store is of the highest level possible (Product, Service, Image)

Communication-constant on all levels

Ensuring your store is being run correctly and efficiently when you’re not present

Arriving on time, in appropriate attire, with necessary documents to Managers Meeting

Holding Staff Meetings when needed

Constructive Criticism-giving and receiving as necessary

Ensuring all paperwork needed is submitted as necessary

Ensuring all store equipment is accounted for

Hiring-must be continuous and within company standards and policies

Safety and Security-policies must be adhered to

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28.0 – 40.0 per week
