Hearthstone by the Bay is an upscale retirement condominium located on the shores of Lake Ontario. We are seeking a Concierge/Security Guard with a passion for seniors and excellent at customer service to work on a full time basis. Applicants must have your security guard license.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

The Concierge is responsible for monitoring and managing all access points, emergency response and security plans and equipment, and ensuring a safe and secure setting for the community at large.

The Concierge will establish and maintain excellent customer service, respond to inquiries, greet, receive, screen and document all residents, guests, and visitors in a pleasant, courteous, and helpful manner.

The Concierge is responsible for receiving and redirecting external & internal calls and providing general information and assistance as required.





The daytime shift will also work with Property Management and the Superintendent.

The daytime concierge also answers two-way radio calls from nurse on duty, manages key controls, maintains and updates logs and incident reports and calmly manages emergency situations according to protocol.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
