We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS if available
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Ensure all food handling and sanitation protocols are followed diligently to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments,



with a strong understanding of the food industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Robust time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables during busy hours
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and payment processing
- Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation, cash handling, and change giving
- Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities
- Strong communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members

Pay: $15.00-$28.00 per hour
