Gladiator Pro Wash is hiring full time Exterior Cleaning and Lighting Technicians for the Fergus to Guelph area. You start at $21/hour while training, then move to performance pay. Most techs hit $25 to $30/hour within their first two months. Our top performers consistently earn $40/hour.

Pay and Growth

- Starting base pay $21/hour, then performance pay
- 40 to 50 hours per week (excluding winter)
- Bi-weekly payroll, paid training
- $50/month self improvement allowance for gym, courses, or personal growth
- Clear path to Lead Technician with higher earnings in spring, summer, and fall

What You'll Be Doing Window cleaning, house washing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and Christmas or permanent light installation. Real variety, real outdoor work, not the same four walls every day.

What We Need From You

- Age 20+
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in winter conditions




- Comfortable on your feet for long stretches
- G2 license or higher is a strong asset
- Able to provide a 3 year driver's abstract if driving company vehicles
- Available Saturdays if needed
