Position Summary:
This Parking Lot Attendant is committed to providing quality service for all TD Station parking lots for all events. The Parking Lot Attendant is responsible for the protection, outdoor protection, and safeguarding of Guests and Employees and their vehicles. The position requires physical activity, including standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
This role pays an hourly rate of $16.50 CAD.

This position will remain open until December 11, 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Controlling/monitoring entry to the guests’ and employees’ parking lots.
- Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering quality service
- Monitoring parking lots for safety and security of guests and employees and vehicles.
- Provide guests with directions and other venue information.
- Guide guests and employees to available parking spaces.
- Maximize the number of vehicles per lot.
- Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous, and qualified manner.
- Collect cash and/or coupons and maintain security of cash.
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior parking experience strongly preferred.
- Strong customer service and cash handling abilities are required.
- Must be polite and friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills, as this position has extensive guest and employee contact.
- Ability to multitask.
- Able to work various hours as needed, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills.
