CELLARMAN / PRODUCTION OPERATOR

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Cellarman/Production Operator to join our production team. You'll be at the center of day-to-day operations, supporting our canning line, blending equipment, and product handling, while helping us maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first facility. Safety and quality come first in everything we do here. Prior brewery, beverage, or food manufacturing experience is an asset but not required. We're happy to train the right person.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support daily operation of the canning line, including changeovers, minor adjustments, and start-up/shut-down

- Assist with blending tasks: batch mixing, dilutions, and additions (flavours, fruit, etc.)

- Perform CIP (Clean-in-Place) of blending tanks and production equipment

- Conduct routine quality checks (ABV, pH, fill checks) to ensure product meets spec

- Handle receiving of raw materials and packaging supplies

- Maintain general cleaning and organization of production areas, warehouse, and cooler/dry storage

- Assist with inventory movement and staging for outbound deliveries

- Follow all food safety, GMP, and regulatory requirements (CFIA/AGLC)

- Support troubleshooting of equipment and process issues as they come up

- Perform other production duties as required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in a clean, organized workspace

- Hands-on and mechanically inclined; comfortable learning new equipment

- Solid attention to detail, especially around quality and food safety

- Ability to follow procedures and work safely with production equipment

- Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a small team

- Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced production environment

- Experience in brewing,



distilling, or food/beverage manufacturing is an asset but not required

WORKING CONDITIONS

- Standing, bending, and lifting required throughout the shift

- Occasional lifting up to 25 kg

- Exposure to varying temperatures (cooler, production floor)

- Possible exposure to cleaning chemicals and production materials

- PPE required

- Standard daytime hours, Monday to Friday
