Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Residential Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various resident. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are kept clean and organized, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and customers.

General Cleaning Duties

- Dusting
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Emptying trash bins and replacing liners
- Organizing and tidying up spaces
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from client
- Manage time effectively to complete all assigned duties within designated timeframes.
- Follow safety protocols while using power tools and cleaning supplies to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

- Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning (preferred but not required)
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, etc.)




- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Solid attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and cleaning checklists

2. Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 15lbs
- Comfortable working in various home environments

3. Personal Attributes

- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Honest and trustworthy with strong work ethics
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

4. Other Requirements

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
