- Perform Daily truck inspections before and after each shift
- Maintain all trucking equipment and accessories internally, if additional outsource is required this is to be communicated to your reporting manager
- Ensure outsourcing is reviewed and scheduled to be done
- Ensure all safety compliance is done and stays up to date on all truck equipment
- Ensure all license renewals are within compliance and up to date on all trucks
- Handle all shipments with the proper care based on the constraints required for the shipment
- Fills out trucking logs and keep up to date
- Ensure all molds are secured to the trucks in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform all logistics tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Work with scheduling team to ensure all paperwork and scheduling is in line
- All other duties as needed and discussed with your supervisor may apply as the job description develops
Must have:
- Valid DZ drivers license
- Experience in managing truck maintenance schedules and minor maintenance duties
- Experience in loading, securing, transporting and unloading molds or similar tools with Class A surfaces.
