About the Role:

Emavi Resto and Lounge is seeking a versatile and passionate Breakfast Chef to lead our morning service. We are looking for a culinary professional who can masterfully execute a wide range of global breakfast styles—from the classic English/American hearty breakfast to traditional Middle Eastern spreads and beyond. The ideal candidate is someone who prides themselves on presentation, speed, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute the complete breakfast menu, ensuring all dishes meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
- Prepare a diverse selection of international breakfast items (Classic Omelettes, English/American Breakfasts, Shakshuka, Middle Eastern mezzes, etc.).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food stock levels and collaborate with management for inventory ordering.
- Ensure timely service during high-volume morning rushes without compromising quality.

Qualifications & Skills:





- Proven Experience: At least 2-3 years of professional experience as a Breakfast Chef or Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Global Palate: Proficiency in preparing a variety of international breakfast cuisines (English, American, and Middle Eastern experience is highly valued).
- Speed & Accuracy: Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak breakfast hours.
- Attention to Detail: A high standard for food plating and consistency.
- Reliability: Punctuality is critical for this role to ensure the kitchen is ready for early morning service.
