We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team in British Columbia.

This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who takes pride in providing high-quality, person-centered care and enjoys working collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide safe, compassionate, and person-centred nursing care
- Complete nursing assessments and monitor changes in clients’ health status
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Perform nursing procedures within your scope of practice
- Develop, implement, and update care plans as required
- Monitor vital signs and document client conditions and progress
- Recognize and respond appropriately to changes in client condition
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, HCAs, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide direction and support to Health Care Aides and other care staff as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Follow infection prevention and control practices
- Promote a protected, respectful, and comfortable environment for clients
- Support quality improvement and maintain professional standards

Qualifications





- Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Previous experience in long-term care, continuing care, supportive living, community care, or a similar setting is an asset
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Compassionate, professional, and respectful approach to client care
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy requirements
- Reliable and dependable attendance
