ECS is looking for a Part Time Coffee Enthusiast to join our team in delivering exceptional customer service and oversee daily operations of our Etobicoke location.
Our team members participate and contribute to everything we do at ECS Coffee. They bring energy and passion to the ECS Customer Experience and our business.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure service, communication and operational expectations are met in the store.
- Demonstrate exceptional behaviors and standards for customer service and store operations
Sales and Customer Service
- All staff are always delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Works with Store Management in company objectives
Merchandising and Inventory
- Ensure that all Merchandising and housekeeping standards are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure all marketing materials and signage is in place as per head office directives.
- Participate in inventory management with regards to needs of the business
Management
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are adhered to.
- Empower fellow staff members to do great things.
Qualifications
- Experience with hands on customer service experience is an asset
- A passion for coffee and knowledge of all things coffee. Barista experience is an asset!
- Basic knowledge of computers and POS systems
- Ability to Lift and work on feet for 8-9-hour periods if needed.
