Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented fulltime Production Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team. This role involves supporting the efficient operation Production team through various tasks including bulk truck unloading, pallet put away on racking system, sanitation, and light maintenance work.

The ideal candidate will have warehouse knowledge and can handle 25kg lifting and forklift operation. Our operation is a fast-paced workplace where safety, accuracy, and teamwork are important.

Duties

- Duties are split in 2 - working outside doing bulk unloading and inside moving pallets from production conveyor.
- Perform bulk truck unloading using our conveyor system. Communicating with truck driver and positioning conveyors before unloading. This is done outside inside a shed and the associate will just go outside while positioning the conveyors and work inside while truck is unloading, and just go out once they need to be moved to another compartment.
- While waiting for unloading to complete, associate works inside moving pallets and preparing materials for production.




- After unloading associate will do a thorough cleaning of the shed to make sure there are no grains spilled on the ground that will attract pest.
- Working inside involves scanning completed pallets in to the system and putting into our 4 level racking system.
- Move and organization pallets efficiently across our other racking locations.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety standards are met.
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to the overall safety of the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Requirements

- Forklift experience is highly desirable. All products are in rack locations.
- Ability to perform routine lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
