We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and proficient in operating heavy equipment on active job sites.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, graders, and backhoes
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needs
- Follow project plans, site instructions, and safety requirements
- Load, move, and grade materials including soil, gravel, and debris
- Work closely with site supervisors and ground crew to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain a clean and safe work workplace at all times

Requirements:

- Previous experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid operator certification and/or licenses as required




- Strong understanding of construction site safety practices
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Physically capable of handling the demands of the role

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in construction, roadwork, or excavation
- Ability to read basic plans or grade markings
- Mechanical knowledge is an asset
