We are seeking a Journeyman/Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician (421A) — or an exceptionally solid technician with significant drilling-rig experience — to join our growing team. This is primarily a field-based role, dispatching daily from our Uxbridge, ON location and servicing a local customer base with minimal long-term travel.

Compensation & Benefits

- $40–$45/hour, depending on experience

- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

- 90% field work, 10% shop.

- Benefits after 6 months / Pension Plan after 1 year

What You’ll Do

As a Field Heavy Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing specialized drilling and foundation equipment. Your typical day includes:

- Diagnosing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining:

- Bauer drill rigs
- Klem drill rigs
- Vibratory hammers
- Impact hammers
- Heavy equipment engines, hydraulics, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems

- Traveling to customer job sites using company vehicles.

What We’re Looking For





Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician (421A Red Seal) – OR strong drilling-rig experience without a license.

- Knowledge of heavy equipment systems, engines, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical diagnostics.

- Class 5 or equivalent driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Valid passport for occasional out-of-province work/trade shows
