Duties
- Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail enhancements with precision and creativity.
- Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Upsell retail products such as nail care products.
- Provide outstanding customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere, addressing client questions, and ensuring a positive experience
- Assist with retail sales efforts by promoting available products and services to maximize revenue opportunities
Experience
- Proven experience as a nail technician with strong skills in nail care techniques and body waxing procedures
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within the beauty industry
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine customer relationships
- Prior experience in customer service roles within a spa or salon environment is preferred
- Familiarity with retail sales strategies to promote products and services effectively
