Duties

- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting interviews to build a motivated and efficient team
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including cash handling, POS system management (such as Micros POS), and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Coordinate food service activities, including bartending, serving, and barista tasks when needed to support team efforts
- Monitor restaurant performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability

Requirements





- Proven supervising experience in the food service or restaurant industry with strong leadership skills
- Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Experience with restaurant management systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in hospitality roles such as bartending or hotel service is a plus
- Effective team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
- Knowledge of restaurant experience including serving, hospitality practices, and kitchen operations

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
