Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with food safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely service for all guests
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction




- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed, supporting the kitchen team in maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables without compromising quality or service speed

Experience

- Prior food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations
- Experience in food industry roles such as serving or cashiering enhances your ability to succeed in this position
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
