POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Manoir les Générations is currently seeking a daytime maintenance worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks in the common areas and apartments. Part time position, 20 hours per week.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Clear and salt the entrances
- Make service calls
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
- Having experience in painting
