Job Description: We are now hiring a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client, a leader within the military manufacturing industry - to support their continued growth!

In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across a range of positions including skilled trades, production, engineering, technical, and professional roles.

As a key member of the HR team, the successful candidate will help build strong talent pipelines, foster community and industry partnerships, and deliver exceptional recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring leaders. Working closely with leaders across the organization, you will support workforce planning, recruitment strategy, and employer branding initiatives that align with our client’s culture & long-term growth objectives.

Job Type: Full time, permanent.

Shift Structure: Day shift.

Compensation: $59,500 - $83,300/year to start + excellent benefits + profit sharing + tuition reimbursement and more!

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail

· Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment partners

· Proactively source and engage passive candidates through strategic outreach and talent-sourcing methods

· Adjust recruitment approaches to align with changing workforce needs and business priorities

· Represent the organization professionally at community events, career fairs, and recruitment initiatives





· Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when managing sensitive candidate hiring information

Requirements/Qualifications:

· Minimum 5 years of experience within a recruitment/talent acquisition role within manufacturing or industrial environments

· Human Resources Certificate is required

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Sociology or related fields.

· Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designation – considered a strong asset.

· Proven ability to source and recruit for skilled trades, technical, and production roles.

· Strong background managing high‑volume, fast‑paced recruitment cycles.

· Experienced in using HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems to streamline hiring processes such as ADP Workforce Now is considered a strong asset.

· Must have knowledge of labor market trends, employment legislation and recruitment compliance standards, workforce planning and talent pipeline development

· Must be comfortable supporting multi-site environments and maintain strong collaboration with internal teams and recruitment partners.

· Must be adept with full-cycle recruitment,



candidate assessment, sourcing, networking and relationship-building.
