Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Provide professional, timely and accurate support for customer enquiries via email, telephone and livechat.
- Support sales team by directing new customers to sales executives, facilitating the sales process.




- Collaborate with the technical support team to provide superior customer experiences.
- Accurately and efficiently process customer POs and credit card payments.
- Provide customers with accurate lead times and inventory reports.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM programs

Requirements

- BSc. degree in Biology, Molecular Immunology, Biochemistry, or related Biological Science.
- 1-2 years of customer support experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with CRM programs (Monday.com).
- Strong organizational and time management skills required.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team-based environment.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to change
