Job Summary
Assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in the overall operations of the
kitchen including.
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
- Hand stretch dough, assemble toppings, and operate pizza ovens efficiently during service
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of assigned stations
- Ensure consistent food quality and timely service during peak periods
- Assist with prep work, restocking, and daily station setup
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of progressive kitchen or line cook experience
- Experience working with pizza ovens and dough preparation is an asset
- Strong work ethic with willingness to learn and grow
- Good organizational and teamwork skills
- Valid Food Safe certification or provincial equivalent
- Ability to manage with a high level of attention to detail
