About the Prospect

We're looking for a hands-on Building Operator to help keep our properties safe, efficient, and operating at their best. If you have strong technical skills, a proactive approach, and take pride in maintaining high-performing buildings, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your career with our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting building supervisors, maintenance workers and building contractors when required;
- General maintenance including basic housekeeping, such as light changes, sweeping, litter pick up, and pressure washing;
- Respond to tenant service requests as per the bylaws, in a professional and timely manner;

Technical Qualifications

- A minimum of 3 years direct work experience in building maintenance or as junior operator




- Power Engineering Class 5 would be considered an asset
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
- Experience working with hand tools
