About the Role.

Wilkins Group is seeking an organized Logistics Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, transportation, and daily logistics operations.

You’ll coordinate with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams to keep shipments on schedule and records accurate.

Key Responsibilities.

- Coordinate shipments, pickups, deliveries, and transportation schedules
- Track shipments and communicate delivery updates
- Prepare shipping and logistics documentation
- Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- Monitor deliveries and resolve delays or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records
- Assist with freight quotes, purchase orders, and invoices
- Prepare reports and update tracking systems
- Support improvements to logistics processes

Qualifications.

- Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related field is an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities




- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP or logistics software is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent
