This role is ideal for somebody looking to gain valuable experience as an employee. This job is not suitable for a freelancer or a company. We specifically are looking for only an employee.

Scout Gutter Solutions is growing quickly, and we have a constant flow of marketing ideas, content opportunities, and projects that need to be turned into reality.

Right now the bottleneck isn’t ideas, it’s execution.

We’re looking for someone who already knows how to film, edit, and post content and enjoys helping turn ideas into finished work.

If you’re the type of person who naturally creates videos, understands social media, and likes making things happen, this role will probably feel very natural to you.

About the Role

This role works directly with the owners and helps execute marketing, content, and projects across the business.

- 80% of the role focuses on content and marketing execution.

- 20% involves helping take operational tasks off Darren’s plate so he can stay focused on growing the business. Think of it as a right-hand role that helps keep momentum moving.

Every day will look a little different, which makes the job interesting.

Some days you’ll be filming and editing content.
Other days you’ll be posting content, organizing campaigns, or helping move projects forward.

Who You Are

Already comfortable with video editing and social media tools
Quick with technology and able to learn new systems quickly

Comfortable communicating with people
Someone who enjoys being productive and making things happen

You don’t need to be a marketing strategist.

But you should already know your way around tools like CapCut, Canva,



or similar content software and enjoy creating things.

What You’ll Actually Do

- Film short-form video content
- Edit videos and create social media content
- Post and manage social media accounts
- Help turn ideas into finished marketing pieces
- Capture photos and video from job sites
- Help coordinate promotions and campaigns
- Assist with customer communication and follow-ups
- Help remove tasks from Darren’s plate so the business can move faster

We move quickly, and ideas often turn into action the same day.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
