Basic job tasks
Complete preventive maintenance checklist in guest rooms and repair issues, caulk, grout, clean PTAC unit
Drywall repairs, sanding, painting
Small plumbing issue repairs
Maintain and operate all power tools and equipment in a protected and responsible manner
Cleaning of and daily checks on pool
Winter snow removal and shoveling as required
Landscaping duties as assigned
Full-time, set schedule including every second weekend.
Requirements
Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs and should be in overall good physical health
Previous experience in drywall, painting and general handyman tasks is an asset.
Ability to multitask and juggle a variety of requests at one time
Ability to interact with hotel guests in a helpful, positive manner
Available for shifts that start as early as 7AM, finish as late as 9PM
Training will be provided

Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour
