Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Expo to join our dynamic hospitality team! As an Expo, you will be the vital link between the kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring that every dish is prepared accurately, presented beautifully, and delivered promptly to our guests. Responsibilities

- Coordinate between kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Verify orders for accuracy, presentation, and quality before they leave the kitchen
- Communicate special requests or dietary restrictions clearly to the culinary team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations, including food prep areas and service counters
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
- Monitor food safety standards and ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed
- Support cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) systems when necessary for order accuracy




- Collaborate with team members to uphold guest service standards and enhance overall dining experience

Requirements

- Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
- Solid customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Kitchen experience including food preparation, cooking, or plating preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with kitchen staff and servers
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy environment
- Experience with cleaning procedures and maintaining hygiene standards in food areas
- Hospitality background or hotel experience is a plus, along with barista or meal preparation skills
