Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Part-Time Day and Overnight Concierges to join our team at luxury condominiums in the Greater Toronto Area. This vital role involves providing exceptional service to residents, maintaining security protocols, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment around the clock. Responsibilities

- Greet residents, visitors, and contractors with professionalism and a friendly attitude
- Monitor building entrances, exits, and common areas to ensure security protocols are followed
- Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to observe activity and identify potential security concerns
- Perform regular patrols of the premises to deter theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents,



and surveillance footage records
- Assist with loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious behavior and reporting findings

Requirements

- Previous experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is highly desirable
- Knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and loss prevention techniques
- Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining professionalism and courtesy
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail for monitoring CCTV footage and physical surroundings
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents and emergency responders
- Flexibility to work part-time hours during day shifts or overnight shifts as scheduled
- Certification in security or related training is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
