Part-Time Spa Attendant

Amai Japanese Head Spa | Ingersoll, Ontario

Amai Japanese Head Spa is looking for a friendly, dependable and motivated individual to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity for the position to grow over time.

No previous spa experience is required. Full training will be provided.

We are looking for someone who brings strong customer service skills, a positive attitude and, most importantly, a willingness to learn. Experience working in fast-paced customer service environments such as restaurants, quick-service food, retail, hospitality or similar roles is an asset.

The Role

As a Spa Attendant, you will be trained in Amai's service procedures and guest experience standards. Responsibilities will include providing trained spa services, preparing and resetting treatment areas, welcoming and assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization,



following sanitation procedures, and helping the spa operate smoothly throughout the day.

This is a hands-on position, so we are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and is comfortable providing personal care services after completing our training.

Experience

Previous spa experience is not required.

Customer service experience is preferred. Candidates with experience in restaurants, quick-service environments, retail, hospitality or other customer-facing positions are encouraged to apply.

We value attitude, reliability, coachability and work ethic over previous spa experience.

- Must be available for a combination of weekday and/or weekend shifts
- Must be dependable and able to arrive prepared and on time for scheduled shifts
