Kirby Waste Transfer Solutions (an affiliate of Public Disposal and Recycling) is looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join the growing team!

Responsibilities:

- Learn about the service offerings and business
- Work with business relations team to identify opportunities
- Actively prospect for current clients through cold calling, emails, and in person
- Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments, making client proposals, and developing strong client relationship
- Work with internal team to develop new processes and improve business efficiency

Qualifications:

- Post secondary education preferably in business or commerce
- 1-2 years experience exercising sales skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Quick learner and able to work independently
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and a team player

Details:

- Permanent full-time (40 hours per week)
- Salary: $40,000-$50,000 plus commission and car allowance
